We are glad to share our latest oversized tent project: a complete aluminum frame industrial warehouse tent with specification of 60m width × 400m length × 9m eave height has been fully set up and put into use successfully in Chile.
This client is a local large industrial manufacturer in Chile, who needed a huge temporary warehouse to store bulk raw materials and finished goods. Restricted by high land cost and long construction period of traditional concrete buildings, the customer finally chose our large-span aluminum alloy tent solution for fast delivery and flexible usage.
Considering the strong coastal wind and humid rainy climate in Chile, we upgraded the whole tent structure specially. The main frame adopts premium T6061 hard extrusion aluminum profile, featuring high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long service life. The whole tent is designed with no inner support columns, realizing 100% unobstructed internal space. It is convenient for forklift driving, cargo stacking and daily warehouse turnover work.
The tent is equipped with 850g high-density double-sided PVC tarpaulin, which meets European B1 fire retardant standard. It has excellent waterproof, UV-proof and anti-aging performance, perfectly adapting to long-term outdoor coastal working environment. Reinforced wind-resistant steel cables and ground anchors are equipped around the tent, supporting up to level 12 strong wind.
Our professional overseas installation team finished the whole assembly efficiently on site. We recorded full-process setup videos to show the real construction process and final overall effect. The finished tent looks neat and sturdy, and the customer is highly satisfied with the installation quality and overall project performance.
